So what IS included in my trial?
You can use ALL of our CRM features except for the ability to send emails, SMS and use AI features. There are some other premium addons throughout the system that you can buy into if you want too.
How long is the trial?
14 days? NO. 30 days seems reasonable to us. We'll give you 30 days of access to over 95% of our features. You can ignore the payment requests and sign up for all the features whenever you're ready.
What hidden fees are there?
JK. No hidden fees. We're transparent about the fees to use our system. You have an upfront monthly price, either our base package or with the support add-on. You can also purchase our optional account setup service, to get your CRM running smoothly for your use case!
We also don't hide that there are usage fees for sending and receiving phone calls, sms, Whatsapp and emails.
What are the usage fees?
Phone Calls: 2.1c per minute outgoing. 1.3c per minute incoming.
SMS: 1.2c per SEGMENT (160 characters is one segment, or 70 characters of special characters)
Email: $10 for 7400 email sends.
Premium Triggers: 2c per action. Incoming includes webhooks. Outgoing includes Google sheets, slack, webhooks, AI Chat/Responses. HALF the price of Zapier.
Email Verifications: $10 per 2000 email addresses.
Content AI Generation: $10 per 55,000 words or 85 images.
GPT 4/4o Action: $10 per 165 GPT4 actions, or 335 GPT4o Mini executions.
Conversation AI: $10 per 250 messages.
Whatsapp: Free responses within 24 hours. 12c per message outside of that (Charged by Meta)
